During the 2014-2015 academic year, I took a sabbatical to research a book project on the life of St. Francis of Assisi. The underlying idea behind it is to show the transformative power of faith and reflection through the eyes of various animals that come into contact with St. Francis throughout his life. The project itself continues to “transform”, but I will post work in progress.
